The company was established in the 2012 by Relebohile John Liphoto as an Investment Holding Company with focus to leverage business opporunitues generated by its Business Consulting, called Obel Consulting, it has been the fulcrum of the company’s flegling investment portfolio. The porfolio was started with acquisition of a Ctrack franchise in 2012 that started operating in 2014. It currently includes companies in different sectors of the economy. It is a proprietary limited company that is constantly on the lookout for established partners to collabrate with, in the Lesotho and Southern Africa region.
