Chief Executive Officer
At OIH, our Executive Management Team brings together a diverse group of leaders with extensive experience, strategic vision, and a shared commitment to driving growth and innovation across our portfolio of investments. Meet Our Executive Management Team
1. Chief Executive Officer
[Relebohile Liphoto brings 30 years of experience in Finance and Management , with a proven track record of business leadership. Prior to founding OIH joining he held key executive roles at MG Health Ltd, FNB Lesotho, Standard Lesotho Bank, Nedbank Lesotho and Lesotho Bank, where he spearheaded initiatives that include leading establishing Business and VIP Banking, leading Corporate and Investment Banking and founding Executive leading corporate services and company secretarial duties of the first Medical Cannabis. As CEO, he is responsible for executive leadership of OIH, identfying and evaluating investment opporuntiies and stakeholder relations management].
2. Chief Operating Officer
With a background in technology, education, management, and consutancy, ‘Mecha Lehasa brings 15 years of experience in operations management, process optimization, and strategic planning. He previously served as Managing Director at MJL Consulting (Pty) Ltd, where he was instrumental in business incubation, business development, feasibility studies, and microfinance fund raising and deal structuring. His instrumental operational roles saw the inception and growth of enterprise outfits within which he is currently invlolved, namely Ctrack Lesotho and Glasfit Maseru. As COO, he oversees all business strategic opeations with inclinations to technical aspects and business analysis.
3. GROUP ACCOUNTANT
A seasoned finance professional, Tsireletso Kotelo has 10 years of experience in financial management, investment analysis, management accounting, and risk assessment. He previously held senior positions at BAM Group, where he played a key role in setting up best practises finacial accouting for a deverse group and leading the finance team and credit control teams. As CFO, [he/she] is responsible for managing revenu collections management accounting financial analysis and advisory to the excutive team and mangement teams of underlying companies.
4. AUDIT & RISK MANAGER
A goal focused, results-driven and detail orientated professional with experience in the auto and Tech Iindustries. Toko Matsela brings 5 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. He has a proven track record of driving enteprise risk mangement through implementation of processes, tools and systems that help to identify, assess measure, monitor and report risk. He is well adept in analytic problem assesing and formulating strategic action plans and resolving complex challenges
5. IT MANAGER
Product orientated IT Manager with more than 7 years deep technical experience developing, implimenting and supporting complex infrastructure for fast growing start-ups in the auto industry. Highly adept in cuber security and networks

OUR BUSINESS MODEL
OIH (Pty) originates investment transactions through Obel Consulting and when the project aligns with the companies investment criteria OIH it takes shareholding in the company as demostration of its commitment to the assignment and believe in the concept. It continues to participate in the investment and incubate the opporunity and where necessary particiaptes in the executive management of the project.
In the management of the project it adopts a philosophy of decentralised management, which means that its investee companies have autonomous management, independent governanace structure, while OIH (Pty) Ltd exerts its influence through non-executive representation on the boards of these companies. OIH’s involvement is thus mainly focused on the provision of support and oversight rather than on being involved in the day-to-day management of its investee companies.

OIH takes a pragmatic approach in investing, it considers investments in projects or business concepts that are aligned with our values and purpose, with sound management teams, that have the potential to deliver superior earnings, sustainable cash flow generation and dividend growth over the long term. OIH strategic alliances lean on a partnership/franchise/agency or any other approprate model that adds value and considerably mitigates risk in the specific project.
